Foil Drive

Foil Drive is a hybrid assist system. It is a small electric motor and battery kit that attaches to your existing foil board. It is not a full E-Foil; it is designed to help with the take-off.

The main purpose is to assist with the "start." The motor pushes you until the board lifts onto the foil. Once you are foiling, the propeller folds or sits out of the water to reduce drag.

This system is popular for Prone and SUP foiling. It helps you catch waves without excessive paddling. It allows you to use smaller boards and smaller foils than usual.

It increases the number of waves you can catch. Since you use less energy to start, you can stay in the water longer. It accelerates progression by giving you more time on the foil.

The Foil Drive also acts as a safety device. If you drift too far or the conditions change, you can use the motor to return to the beach. It gives riders confidence to explore further.
